Springfield 'trap-door' rifles but their cartridge belts are Model 1910 Mills belts made for .30 cal Model '03 Springfield! Khaki uniforms are field dress from the early 1900s. Officer middle front wears an 'SV' device on his hat. Color bearer is probably old Civil War (G.A.R) veteran. These men may belong to the Sons of Veterans. / Reverse marked 'Rachel & Alexander Hollis, Mother & Father' (c. 1910 photo from the Hollis estate, Wilmington, Del.)."
