ACE Colt 1911 .22 Slide Conversion Kit with Original Box
.22 LR caliber. 5" barrel length. SN: NSN. Cardboard box containing .22 Colt ACE conversion kit for 1911 pattern pistol. Kit components show a blued finish overall. Box is black with a textured finish. A sticker atop the box reads "COLT/SERVICE MODEL CONVERSION UNIT/(FLOATING CHAMBER)". Box has been secured with tape that has been previously cut. Contains a complete 1911 slide with conversion barrel, ejector, and barrel extension unit. Slide is equipped with adjustable rear target notch and front blade sights. Also included is a recoil spring with guide rod and plunger cap, a slide release lever, and a single magazine marked "COLT/CAL. 22 L.R.". Included slide is marked in sequence, "COLT", "CONVERSION/UNIT", "22", "LONG/RIFLE", and "{Rampant Colt}" logo. Left slide marked "COLTS MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A."
Condition:
Excellent. Bore is very bright and clean. Blued finish to all parts is strong with slide and barrel showing some cycling wear. There is a scratch to rear slide near sight, some residue in cocking serrations.
