gray, Flint Ridge chert. The blade margins exhibit extensive resharpening and crushing flakes, perhaps from extended use as a cutting tool. Retains old museum accession number 78.0.20 in red lacquer, and B920 in black ink. Additionally, the words Hands Off are faintly visible in black ink on one side of the blade.
Deaccessioned from a Midwestern Institution, subsequently sold by The Old Barn Auction.
