19th Century Carved Decorative Powder Flask

Carved powder flask with a coin silver spout. Item appears to be made of either painted wood or hard rubber. Item features an elaborate carved scene of ancient Greek mythology, showing a ceremonial boar hunt to both sides. Inscription relief carved to bottom reads "TELEMAQUE DANS UNE PARTIE DE CHASSE DELIVRE ANTIOPE D'UN SANGLIER DONT IL LUI PRESENTE LA HURE", which loosely translates to "Telemachus, in a hunting party, frees Antiope from a wild boar, and presents her with its head".
