Jones, Inigo. DESIGNS OF INIGO JONES AND OTHERS. (London): I. Ware, (1733). Small quarto, 10 by 6 1/2 inches in contemporary full calf with a 20th C. rebacking to style with gilt titlling to the spine, six raised bands. Engraved title, pp. 5 engraved contents, & 48 engraved plates numbered 1-53 (6 folding - 5 assigned double numbers).
Condition:
Covers show scuffing/wear; 7 plates with old dampstains to lower right corners (1 1/2 by 3/4 inches) completely confined to the margins and not affecting any images; otherwise plates are fresh and clean. 3/4 inch closed tear repaired on frontis.
