Yes! We are hosting auctions remotely and offering online bidding services. Certain auction formats can also accommodate telephone bidding. Our recent auctions have been very successful in this format and are continuing to surpass expectations. You can see our full slate of upcoming auctions here.
With auctions taking place online, you can sign up to bid live online through our website at Cowan’s Live, Live Auctioneers, Invaluable, Bidsquare, or Proxibid. Instructions for signing up to bid on Cowan’s Live can be found here. For auctions held on Cowan’s Live we are able to offer a limited number of telephone bids so you can bid live with a Cowan’s representative during the auction. Sign up can be done by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Invoices can be paid by check, wire transfer or credit card. Credit card payments can be made directly online through your My Cowan’s account. Please note, there is a 3% processing fee on all credit card payments.
If you choose to pay by check, mail payments to our Cincinnati office: Attn: Accounts Receivable, Cowan’s Auctions, 6270 Este Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45232. Due to current circumstances we may experience delays receiving mailed payments. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your payment.

Yes! We have resumed shipping items out of our Cincinnati office. Due to limited staffing, current delivery times are considerably longer than usual. Please be patient as we work carefully to pack and ship your items. Purchases are being shipped in the order in which they are paid and you will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
