Overview

Cincinnati Collections features a selection of American and European fine art, American, English and Continental furniture, Continental porcelain, rugs, fine silver, and timepieces.

Highlights include A Fine Biedermeier Secrétaire à Abattant in Mahogany and Fruitwood (Lot #101), a Nicolaus Friedrich bronze (Lot #64), A Walnut Musical Tall Case Clock (Lot #84), an equestrian painting attributed to Henri Delattre (French, 1801–1876) (Lot #35), a group of Danish silver tea caddies (Lot #27), and A Pair of Cary's New Terrestrial and Celestial Globes (Lot #118).

The auction features a collection of European porcelain sold to benefit the Actors Theatre of Louisville, and a selection of decorative arts from the collection of Anne Romanov Ilyinsky of Cincinnati, Ohio.
