Bunch of Muncie, Indiana.  Around 1950, Charles C. Smith of Modoc, Indiana acquired many fine Bunch artifacts, including this blade.  It remained in the Smith collection until May 15, 1983 when it was purchased by Art Gerber as lot number 334.
