Austro-Hungarian, early 20th century. An ivory boar's tusk cigar cutter, mounted with a a ruby eyed, silver eagle's head, with open beak mechanical cutter, the tusk terminating with a silver eagle's talon, marked; lg. 9.5 in.

Age cracks on ivory handle.
