composed of fabric sewn over a heavy card stock form with painted vellum face being a profile view of an 18th century gentleman in green velvet waist coat with brass buttons, brown pants, white shirt with black seed bead glass buttons, white woven stockings (stuffed with cotton) and black velvet shoes and tri-corner hat, 13" tall.These dolls were reputedly made and used during the funeral services of George Washington in 1799.
