lot of 3, includes a marked184A Lionel chromolithographed cottage building with gable, chimney and gable end porch, roof slides off with electric light on interior, marked Made By The Lionel Corporation New York, U.S.A., 4.75" x 2.75" x 4.2" high; PLUS a chromolithographed tin 2-story stone and brick building with green arched windows and door, tin fence surround on tin base, 9" x 6" wide and high; AND a stamped brass signal building, electrified with circular window at one gable end with original red glass insert, hinged door at other gable end giving access to electric lamp, clear glass windows on other 2 sides, on short feet with chimney, likely original white paint with green, blue, orange and red trim, original cloth covered wiring from underside, 4.25" square x 7" high.

Condition:  
1st paint ca 98%, VG+; 2nd missing most fence surround, paint ca 94%, G+.; 3rd minor dents, paint ca 80%, VG-.
