VICTORIAN STERLING KNOBBED CANE
2002 A Cornucopia of Canes III. February 1.
The ornate floral knob handle on this cane is 3" high and just over 1" in diameter. The bottom edge is marked "Sterling 245" on one side and monogrammed "S.H" on the opposite side. About 3" below the handle are 3 disks, 2 of bone with a rosewood or ebony disk between. The hardwood shaft ends in a 1" horn ferrule. Some wear to shaft finish, especially near ferrule, with a couple of dryuing cracks in the same area. Overall length is 35".
