(Note: Seymour Avenue crosses over Vine St., go around bend & cross railroad tracks). After crossing railroad tracks go down two streets & turn left onto Este Avenue. Area sign reads Ridgewood Industrial Park. Cowan's is on the left at 6270 Este Avenue.

From I75 South

Take I-75 South to Exit #9 (Seymour Ave. & Paddock Rd. Exit). At exit ramp, turn left at light, go to 2nd light to Seymour Ave., and make right. (Note: Seymour Avenue crosses over Vine St., go around bend & cross railroad tracks). After crossing railroad tracks go down two streets & turn left onto Este Avenue. Area sign reads Ridgewood Industrial Park. Cowan's is on the left at 6270 Este Avenue.

I-71 South

Take I-71 South to Norwood Lateral (562) to I-75 North. Take Exit #9 (Seymour Ave. & Paddock Rd. Exit). Make a right off the exit ramp, and then at the 1st light, Seymour Ave., make right.
